1. Before spraying, it should be pickled, phosphated, melted or sandblasted, and the surface is free of oil and other pollutants.
2. Powder coatings should be used strictly in the order of batches, and products of different batches or different manufacturers should not be mixed as much as possible.
3. The compressed air should be oil-free and water-free. Check the working condition of the oil-water separator frequently.
4. The workpiece clamping should be properly connected to the grounding transmission part. Fixtures should be cleaned regularly to ensure good grounding.
5. The performance of the oven should be stable. In order to reduce the color difference, the temperature difference inside the oven should not be greater than 5 degree to achieve the conditions for correct curing of the coating.
6. Please standardize the sample before use and apply it after confirming that it is correct.
